a complete sentence response to one of the prompts for Wednesday's entry on
the new Reading Log.
NOTE: Please remember to ask your parents to complete and return both the Field Trip permission
form and the medical information form. Both forms need to be returned tomorrow,
along with $ 5 for the field trip.
